Kagaz tamaam, kilk tamaan aur hum tamaam,
par dastan-e-shauq abhi na tamaam hai.
A loose translation is given below:
The entire paper, entire reed pen and me entirely
yet the story of love is incomplete
urduwallahs 
The word is ‘tamaam’, not ‘tamaan’, as stated in the second part of the first line and the second part of the second line of Aseer Dehlvi’s couplet.
