Takalluf means Formality/Ceremony
Takaluff karna means to be ceremonious, Takallufat means ceremonies.
Below is an excerpt from a beautiful poem.
Faslon ko takalluf hai hum se agar,hum bhi bebas nahin besahara nahi.
Khud unhi ko pukarengey hum door se
Raaste mein agar paon tak jayengey Distances, if formal (pretentious) to us,
Neither we helpless, nor despairing. We ourselves shall beseech Him(God),

This is a very famous ‘naat’. In Pakistan, it’s always playing on tv/radio during the holy month of Ramazan. It’s recited by Waheed Zafar Qasmi I believe but not sure who the poet is. :) hope this helps! And keep up the excellent work.
